COTORI TO ICHIGO Bistro | French Restaurant in Kamata, Tokyo

Eight Counter Seats in KamataConcept

The owner-chef refined his craft at renowned restaurants in Italy and France, and now runs a room with only eight counter seats on the west side of Kamata Station. The menu opens with an amuse-bouche served alongside an aperitif and runs to eight courses. The main course and the dessert are chosen on the day.

Vegetables and seafood follow the season, and the charcuterie and bottarga are made in house. The sommelier pours mainly Italian and French wines, served by the glass to follow the courses.
